Booking and conditions of payment
• When booking, a down payment-by bank transfer-of 50 % of the total cost will be required, with the remaining 50% to be paid within and not later than 10 days before the date of arrival.
• On arrival, a deposit of Euro 150 will be required against possible damages, which will be reimbursed at the end of the stay previous checking the apartment. This payment can be made by cash or credit card. Proof of booking confirmation must be shown on arrival in order to receive the keys to the flat.
Cancellation by the Client
• In case of cancellation, the penalties are as follows:
10% of the total rent price within 40 days prior to the start of the stay
30% of the total rent price within 20 days prior to the start of the stay
40% of the total rent price within 10 days prior to the start of the stay
75% of the total rent price within 7 days prior to the start of the stay
100% of the total rent for later cancellation
• Notice of cancellation to be given by registered via e-mail
Arrivals and departures
• During high season, the minimum stay is 7 days, arrival and departure on Saturdays. Bookings for a 4 days minimum stay during week will be possible during the winter season (usually about 01.10/ 15.05)
• The flats will be delivered the day of arrival between 15.00 and 19.00 p.m. and will have to be returned not later than 9.30 a.m. in the morning of departure, as per contract.
• In case of late arrival or early departure, no reimbursement is due. In case of prolongued stay, conditions will be agreed upon on the moment
• Arrivals and departures outside the above times must be notified in advance.
Clients Obligations
• The flats cannot be occupied by more persons than the number of beds. Access to extra persons will be denied.
• The flats cannot be sub-rented, even fee-free.
• The Client undertakes to respect all rules of good behaviour and good neighbourhood.
• Cleaning the cooking space and all kitchen appliances and utensils is to be carried out by the Client, because it is not included in the final cleaning. The Client undertakes not to leave food and rubbish in the flat.
• Any supplementary requirement- such as daily or weekly cleaning, further changes of linen etc.-to be paid on the moment.
• All information recorded on the web-site as per the infrastructures present on location (transport means, shops, restaurants, sport facilities) come from third parties and we cannot guarantee they bring us up to date.
Communications.
• The Client is asked to notify the time of arrival at least four days in advance.
• The Direction is not responsible for theft or loss of objects or money inside the flat or for items forgotten on departure.
• Animals are not allowed.
The Client declares to have noted all the conditions above and to approve each one of them.
